Description

RP600 Series are PWM/VFM control step-up DC/DC converters equipped with voltage detector and LDO regulator featuring 500mA output. Step-up DC/DC convertor part has a soft-start circuit. A high-efficiency step-up DC/DC converter can be easily configured by using an inductor, capacitors, a diode as external components. By inputting a signal to MODE pin, RP600 can choose PWM control or PWM/VFM auto switching control. RP600 has the thermal shutdown circuit and small DFN(PL)2527-10 package is available.

    Voltage Detector; "L" output at the detector threshold. Without a released output delay time, the hysteresis can be set in the range from 30% to 80% of the detector threshold. No thermal protection circuit.
