Nisshinbo Micro Devices offers Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) ideal for various communication applications that frequency range from several 10 MHz to 6 GHz. Our LNAs have advantages such as high gain, low noise figure and low distortion. We also provide Front-End Modules (FEMs) that integrate SAW filter and LNA for GNSS applications.
