Quality Assurance - RMA Process (Microwave Products)

The RMA process for failures that have been occurred on microwave products supplied to customers are shown in figure below.
The results of the failure analysis will be reported promptly. And also these data returned to the design section, the engineer section and the manufacturing section, are useful for preventing of troubles and progressing in the product's quality.
