Nisshinbo Micro Devices has developed high performance RF devices using our unique GaAs process for many years. Hereby, we widely offer excellent RF devices for high data rate communications such as 5G, WiFi 6/6E. In addition, we also develop RF devices by SOI process in order to provide suitable products which meet customers' requesting usages, specs and so on. Our RF devices support customers' product development from mobile devices to automobiles which connect to high speed wireless communication network.
