Description

The R1524 Series are voltage regulators featuring 36 V input voltage (absolute maximum rating: 50 V), low supply current (Typ. 2.2 µA) and high output voltage accuracy. As a protection feature, this device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Overcurrent Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit. This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. The R1524 is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23-5, a 5-pin SOT-89-5, a 6-pin HSOP-6J, and an 8-pin HSOP-8E package. It is also offered in a 6-pin DFN(PL)1820-6 package for consumer and industrial applications. This regulator can be used under high temperature environment. It offers the maximum operating temperature of 105°C for consumer applications, and 125°C for industrial and automotive applications. This product for industrial applications is characterized to −50°C, and operates in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature.
