Description
The RP132 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 1A output with low on-resistance. RP132 offers almost the same basic performances as the RP131 Series. But RP132 offers an excellent load regulation. While the output voltage is internally set in the RP131 Series, the RP132 Series is available in two versions: fixed version in which the output voltage is internally set and the adjusted version in which it is set with an external resistor.
RP132 has an inrush current limit circuit that is designed to reach current limit when the output load reaches 500 mA. It also has a version in consumer applications that is adjustable in inrush current limit time by connecting a capacitor to the DELAY pin.
