  • Description

    The RP130 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 150 mA output. The RP130 features an excellent line transient response, a high ripple rejection at 80 dB, and low noise. The polarity of the CE pin can be selected. The version with auto-discharge function is also available.

    Compared to existing high-speed lines, the RP130 provides low supply current at Typ. 38 µA.

    The series is capable of accepting a wide range of input voltage from 1.7 V to 6.5 V.
