Description

The R1214 Series are PWM/VFM step-up DC/DC converters for white LEDs. The R1214 includes 2-channel current drivers for white LEDs, an under voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), an overvoltage protection circuit (LxOVP, LEDOVP) and a thermal shutdown protection circuit. The R1214 requires only a small numbers of external components to drive white LEDs with constant current and high efficiency. The power controlling method can be selected from fixed PWM control or PWM/VFM auto switching control. The brightness of the LEDs can be adjusted quickly by applying a 200-Hz to 300-kHz PWM signal to the PWM pin. A 1.27-mm square compact WLCSP-9-P1 package is available.
