Description

The R5114 is a system power supply IC with an ultra-low power watchdog timer (LDO + VD + WDT) that has an input voltage range of 3.5 V to 42 V. The R5114 offers a low current consumption of 8.5 µA at operation and 0.2 µA at standby. When ECU goes into sleep, the device automatically turns the built-in WDT off to prevent it from sending a reset signal. When ECU goes back to active, the device automatically turns the built-in WDT on to resume the ECU monitoring. The R5114 is also available with the version that is not equipped with an auto monitoring stop.
