Description

This product was originally planned for mass production as a standalone module. To improve reflow reliability, product quality, and implementation stability for customers, we are currently evaluating mass production in an interposer-board configuration. Accordingly, this standalone module is designated as NRND while we proceed with this transition.

The NJR4652 is one of the world's smallest sensor modules, incorporating an Infineon’s 60GHz radar sensor IC and MCU for control and signal processing in an ultra-compact IC-like package measuring 10x13.4x1.2mm. This product, which has multiple antennas, can simultaneously get both distance and position (angle) information to an object with high resolution.
In conjunction with the NRND (Not Recommended for New Designs) status of the NJR4652 series, the evaluation kit has been discontinued.
