Description

The R3116 Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with the built-in output delay circuit. The R3116 can operate at low voltage from 0.5V and the detector threshold can be specified from 0.7V. The detector threshold accuracy as high as ±0.8% helps to increase stable operating area coupled with lower voltage. Additionally, the high accuracy output delay time at ±15% allows easy control of the start-up sequence. The R3116 is offered in: - 5-pin SOT-23-5, 4-pin SC-82AB and 4-pin DFN(PL)1010-4 packages for consumer applications - 5-pin SOT-23-5 and 4-pin DFN(PL)1010-4 packages for industrial applications - 5-pin SOT-23-5 and 4-pin DFN1212-4 packages for automotive applications This product for industrial applications are characterized to -50°C, and operates in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature.
