Release delay time when Cd pin of R3116 is open.

R3116 can be used without connecting capacitor to Cd pin. The release delay time is minimized.
The release delay time is 10µs to 100µs (-40°C to 105°C, reference value), when capacitor is not connected to Cd pin.
