Description
RP118 is a voltage regulator featuring 0.2 µA ultra-low supply current. This device is ideal for a wearable equipment and IoT which require a long service life and a miniaturization of a battery. A small package is available to achieve the smallest possible footprint solution on boards where area is limited.
