  • Description

    The R5528 Series are CMOS-based overvoltage protection switch ICs with reverse bias blocking. The R5528 uses an NMOS pass transistor to achieve low on resistance (Typ. 54mΩ). Overvoltage protection threshold is preset to 6.8V ±3%. Also, continuous current capability is up to 3A. The R5528 consists of a reverse current protection circuit, a soft-start circuit, a startup debounce circuit, an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit, and a thermal shutdown circuit. A 1.27mm square compact WLCSP-9-P1 achieves high density mounting on board.
