Description
The R3117 Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs. Since R3117 has a SENSE pin for monitoring voltage separately from the power pin, its reset signal does not become unstable as long as power supply is secured and the "L" can be maintained. The R3117 is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23-5, 5-pin SC-88A and 4-pin DFN(PL)1010-4 packages, 1 mm x 1 mm.
