Description
The RP114 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 300mA output. RP114 features a supply current from 50µA, a minimum input voltage from 1.4V and the output voltage, which can be set from 0.8V to 3.6V (in 0.1V step). In addition to SOT-23-5 and SC-88A packages, 1mm square DFN(PL)1010-4 and DFN(PL)1010-4B are also available.
