概述
RP114系列是具有 300mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。RP114 的消耗电流为 50µA，输入电压从 1.4V开始，输出电压从 0.8V开始。封装除了有 SC-88A 和 SOT-23-5 之外，还备有 1mm 方形 DFN(PL)1010-4 和 DFN(PL)1010-4B 封装，还可以使用 1µF 陶瓷电容器，这些都有助于设备小型化。
