Description

The R8160 Series are voltage regulators featuring 36V input voltage (absolute maximum rating: 50V), low supply current (Typ. 2.2µA) and high output voltage accuracy. As a protection feature, this device consists of an Output Short-circuit Protection Circuit, an Overcurrent Protection Circuit, and a Thermal Shutdown Circuit. The operating temperature range is −40°C to 125°C and the maximum input voltage is 36 V. All these features allow the R8160 to become an ideal power source of automotive applications. SOT-89-5 and HSOP-6J, and SOT-23-5 packages are available.
