概述
R8160 系列是车载用稳压器，具有最大输入电压为 36V（额定电压 50V）、低消耗消耗 (TYP. 2.2µA) 和高精度输出电压等特点。
内置有短路限流电路、过流保护电路、热关断电路等保护功能。 -40°C 至 125°C 的工作温度范围适合在高温环境中使用，最大输入电压高达36V ，使其非常适合车载应用。 除了 SOT-89-5 和 HSOP-6J 封装之外，还备有小型 SOT-23-5 封装。
