Description
The R8155 Series are CMOS-based voltage regulators featuring 1A output current and 36V input voltage. In addition to a fold-back protection circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit, built into conventional regulators, the R8155 contains a constant slope circuit and an auto-discharge function. Besides the low supply current by CMOS, the operating temperature is -40°C to 125°C and the maximum input voltage is 36V, the R8155 series are very suitable for use in automotive applications.
