Description
The R1180 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 150mA output. R1180’s typical low supply current of 1µA makes it ideal for use in power supplies systems with the sleep mode on. The version that reduced supply current to the lowest possible level by eliminating the CE pin is also available. This product for industrial applications are characterized to -50°C, and operates in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature.
