  • Description

    The R1130 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 300mA output. The input voltage (VIN) is as high as Max. 8V (maximum rating of 9V). R1130 is available in two versions: the internally fixed output voltage type or the adjustable output voltage type by external resistors. The CE pin can switch the regulator into standby mode.
