概述
R1130系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出300mA的LDO电压稳压器。输入电压（VIN）最高可达8V（最大额定值为9V）。输出电压有两种版本，有内部固定输出电压的版本和可通过外部电阻设定电压的版本。可以通过CE端子使其处于待机状态。
