Description
The R3118 Series are CMOS-based voltage detector ICs with the built-in output delay circuit. Since R3118 has a SENSE pin for monitoring voltage separately from the power pin, its reset signal does not become unstable under the condition that the power supply is sufficient to operate the IC, and the "L" can be maintained. The detector threshold can be specified from 0.6V. The delay time can be set with an external capacitor connected to CD pin. The R3118 is offered in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 package. It is also offered in 5-pin SC-88A and 6-pin DFN(PL)1212-6 packages, 1.2 mm x 1.2 mm, for consumer applications.
