  • Description

    The NB7130ZA is one-cell Li-ion / Li-polymer rechargeable battery protection IC features highaccuracy overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and a short circuit current protector.

    TheNB7130ZA further includes temperature protections and forced standby mode. It's possible to detect the temperature by connecting a thermistor.

    The COUT and DOUT outputs (CMOS output) are normally High.

    When the NB7130ZA detects any abnormal condition to stop charging or discharging, either the COUT or the DOUT output becomes Low.

    Only in the abnormal temperature condition, both the COUT and DOUT outputs m ay become Low.
