  • Description

    The R1190 Series are CMOS-based 16V input voltage regulators featuring 1A output. These are suitable for digital home appliances, in which only bipolar types could previously operate. So R1190 contributes to save energy. R1190 has an inrush current limit circuit that limits approximately 300mA when the voltage regulator turns on. It is also possible to set the inrush current limit time by connecting a capacitor with DELAY pin. The R1190 is offered in 5-pin TO-252-5-P2 and 6-pin HSOP-6J packages with high thermal dissipation. It is also offered in a small-sized 5-pin SOT-89-5 package for consumer applications.
