概述
R1190系列是基于CMOS工艺可输入16V输出1A的电压稳压器。这些适用于数字家用电器，在此之前只能使用Bypolar型。因此R1190有助于节约能源。R1190有一个浪涌电流限制电路，当电压调节器接通时，该电路限制约300mA。也可以通过连接带延迟引脚的电容器来设置浪涌电流限制时间。R1190采用5针TO-252-5-P2和6针HSOP-6J封装，具有高散热性。它还提供一个小型5针SOT-89-5封装，用于消费应用。
