Description

The NJM78L00S is a 100mA output 3-Terminal Positive Voltage regulator. It has improvements in contrast with a conventional NJM78L00: an output voltage accuracy, an operating temperature range and MLCC correspondence. Moreover, the NJM78L00s has 3.3V output voltage version.
