Regarding the output current of the NJM2871A, the maximum value is stated to be 150mA, but is there a minimum value?

LDO Linear RegulatorsSpec

There is no minimum value for the output current Io, but the measurement conditions for the output voltage are Io=30mA, while the measurement conditions for load regulation are Io=0mA~100mA. Therefore, when Io<30mA, the output voltage tends to rise slightly due to the load regulation characteristics.

For example, when using an NJM2871A 3V product with Io=10mA, the output voltage will rise due to the effect of load regulation, and it can be calculated that it will be a maximum of 3.009V±1%.

ΔVo=3V×0.03%/mA×10mA=0.009V max.
