What is the OV/UV behavior in the shaded area of the timing chart in the R3152 datasheet?

In the R3152 timing chart, the OV/UV operation is "undefined" in the shaded area.
Basically, the detection state (low) is reached below the UVLO voltage (1.8V typ.), but if the voltage is below the UV (OV) pin's minimum operating voltage (1.7V), the low state cannot be guaranteed, so the state is undefined.
