R1560 / R1561 is a low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulator featuring 100 mA output current and input voltages ranging from 5.5 V to 60 V. With just 3.0 µA typical supply current (R1560) and only 20 µA with transient response (R1561), the CMOS-based series contributes to a lower current consumption.
The R3160 is a high-accuracy voltage detector and has wide range of Voltage Detector Threshold from 10 V to 48 V.
Designed for up to 60 V operations with a maximum rating of 80 V, these series are ideal for general 48 V automotive and industrial applications.
The R1560 series, R1561 series and R3160 series have lineups of four quality grades to meet various applications including general automotive equipment, automotive accessories, industrial equipment, and consumer equipment.
