Description
The NB7401HC is an overcharge protection IC for 2 to 4 serial cell Li-ion or Li-polymer secondary battery.
The NB7401HC provides high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, a delay circuit, and a voltage regulator for an external real-time clock (RTC). It also comes with the shut-down detection circuit that reduces the supply current to a minimum.
Connecting an external PTC thermistor to the CTLC pin enables optional temperature protection.
