Description
The NJU6010 is 24 keys input key-scan IC with internal oscillation.It scans the maximum 4x6 key matrix. And the key data transmit to CPU.The microprocessor interface circuits that operate 2MHz(Max.) frequency, can be connected directly to serial microprocessor.
