The maximum value of the R3119 CD pin voltage is the "CD pin threshold voltage (VTCD)" in the following delay operation description.
The actual value of VTCD is Typ. 1.2V.
Description of Delayed Operation
- When a supply voltage is higher than the released voltage, charging of the external capacitor begins and the CD pin voltage increases.
- The output voltage is held "L" until the CD pin voltage reaches the CD pin threshold voltage VTCD
- When the CD pin voltage becomes higher than VTCD, the output voltage changes from "L" to "H". When the output voltage changes from "L" to "H", the discharge of the external capacitor starts.
