Ricoh launches 42 V system power supply with ultra-low current consumption watchdog timer

Ricoh Electronic Devices Co.,Ltd. has launched the R5114 series and R5115 series, ultra-low current consumption watchdog timer.
The R5114 series and R5115 series are high-voltage products with 42 V maximum operating voltage while having a low current consumption of 8.5 µA at operation and 0.2 µA at standby.
These devices stop monitoring a pulse when the LDO load current drops to a certain value or less.
Window type watchdog timer of the R5115 series enhances the safety of system design.
The R5114 series and R5115 series have lineups of four quality grades to meet various applications including general automotive equipment, automotive accessories, industrial equipment, and consumer equipment.
