  • Description

    The NJW4381 is a dual H-bridge driver IC that has general versatility for various actuators. The mode select function on the control part can select two types of input control, “2 Logic Inputs” or “Phase & Enable”. Input part has schmitt inverter circuit with high margin to noise. Output part has two circuit configurations of independent H-bridge. The protection circuits are Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Thermal Shutdown (TSD) and Over Current Protection (OCP). Moreover, if TSD or OCP error is detected, alarm is output. The power supply and interface voltages correspond to mixed logic circuits such as 5.0V and 3.3V. The NJW4381 has characteristics such as low quiescent current, high output current, 40V tolerance and low ON resistance output. Therefore, it is suitable for various actuators, such as step motor, DC motor, and solenoid.
