NJW4203 Series
Spread Spectrum Modulation (SSFM) Oscillator IC with External Synchronization for Switching Regulators

Download Datasheet

  • Description

The NJW4203 is an oscillator with spread spectrum frequency modulation (SSFM) that outputs two types of antiphase shifted by 0° or 180°. The SSFM reduces the peak noise level of EMI. The output clock spreads the frequency at ±4.4% of the center frequency, and the modulation rate can be selected from fCLK/2048, fCLK/512, or fCLK/128. In addition, a PLL control system improves the stability of the output clock. The NJW4203 operates from 120 kHz to 2.4 MHz, and is suitable for the external synchronization signal application of the switching regulators.
