Description

The NJG1804K64 is a GaAs SP3T switch controlled by three bits signals and suitable for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and UWB applications. The NJG1804K64 features very low insertion loss and high isolation for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and it supports high frequency for UWB 8.5 GHz and 9.3 GHz. The small and thin DFN8-64 package is adopted.
