Description
The R5660 is a one-cell Li-ion / polymer battery protection IC provides overcharge, overdischarge, and discharge / charge overcurrent detections. One of the features of this device is a high-accuracy detection at overcharge and overcurrent. The supply current after overdischarge detection can be reduced to a minimum by stopping the internal circuits. The small WLCSP package is available.
