Description
The NB7123ZA is a one-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer rechargeable battery protection IC that supports high-side FET. This IC has overcharge/over-discharge, overcurrent, and temperature protection functions. This IC also has a forced standby function, and the current consumption of this IC can be reduced by using the STB pin. Each protection function can provide detections with high accuracy.
