Low Voltage 0.8% Accuracy 400mA LDO Regulator
The RP116 Series are CMOS-based LDO regulators featuring 400mA output. The input voltage as low as Min. 1.0V and the output voltage can be set from 0.7V. The output voltage accuracy has been improved to ± 0.8% and due to a built-in transistor with low on-resistance of 0.55Ω (at VSET=1.5V), RP116 provides a low dropout voltage. The CE pin can switch the regulator to standby mode. RP116 has a constant slope circuit. It means a function of soft-start to reduce the inrush current at power on.
RP116 is available in 0.69mm square WLCSP-4-P7 package. RP116Z (WLCSP-4-P7) is thiner than RP106Z (WLCSP-4-P5). (t=0.36mm)
