We are pleased to announce the management structure of Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. and changes of trade name of its subsidiaries. Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. will be inaugurated on January 1st, 2022, by merger and integration between New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. and Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd.
