Outline of Business Integration between New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. and Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd.

As we announced in the "Business Integration with New Japan Radio Co., Ltd." and the "Business Integration with Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd." on January 8 2021, we are pleased to announce that the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of New Japan Radio Co., Ltd. and Ricoh Electronic Devices Co., Ltd. held today approved that the two companies will merge and be integrated as of January 1, 2022, and the outline of the new company, Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc., has been decided.
