Exhibited Products

Noise Immunity R1525, R1540 Series

Requests for noise immunity are increasing due to electromagnetic interference generated by communication devices and electronic equipment getting harsher.
The R1525 is a 42 V 200 mA voltage regulator with high noise immunity and ultra-low supply current of 2.2 µA.
The R1540 is a 42 V 70 mA voltage tracker with high noise immunity.

Functional Safety R3152, R5116, R5117 Series

The product lineup for functional safety is available to meet the increasing demand for advanced safety mechanisms today.
The voltage detector R3152 enables to monitor not only under-voltage but also over-voltage. The R5116 is a voltage regulator with a built-in function of the R3152. The R5117 is a voltage regulator with monitors for input voltage and output voltage.

High Voltage R1560, R1561, R3160 Series

We have developed high-voltage IC series with maximum rating of 80 V and maximum input voltage of 60 V. The ICs are targeted for 48-V battery systems.
We will exhibit a lineup of: a voltage regulator R1560 with an ultra-low supply current of 3 µA, a regulator R1561 with a high transient response, and a voltage detector R3160 with a high-voltage monitor.
