NEWHigh Voltage : R1260, R1560/ R1561, R3160 Series
Targeted for 48-V battery system. Maximum rating 80 V, maximum input voltage 60 V. We offer a lineup of: a DCDC buck controller R1260 with a wide input voltage range from 5 V to 60 V, a voltage regulator R1560 with an ultra-low supply current 3 µA, a regulator R1561 with a high transient response, and a voltage detector R3160 with a high voltage monitor.
NEWFor functional safety : R5116/ R5117, R3152 Series
The product lineup for functional safety is available to meet the increasing demand for advanced safety mechanism today. The voltage detector R3152 enables to monitor not only under-voltage but also over-voltage. The R5116 is a voltage regulator with a built-in function of the R3152. The R5117 is a voltage regulator with monitors for input voltage and output voltage.
NEWVoltage tracker : R1540 Series
To meet the requirement of functional safety, the number of sensors being used in systems has been increasing. The accurate input voltage is critical for sensors to operate properly. The R1540 is a voltage tracker that offers +/- 15 mV and 70 mA output current with high noise immunity characteristics.
NEWHigh Efficiency : R1276 Series
A synchronous step down DCDC converter with a built-in driver of 3 A. The switching frequency is automatically reduced to keep output voltage level constant at cranking. The switching frequency is from 250 kHz to 1 MHz, and the spread spectrum clock generator is available. Selectable modes, forced PWM mode and PWM/VFM auto-switching mode, can improve efficiency under light load conditions.
NEWPackaging Technology : Wettable Flank
The miniaturization of mounting area has been highly requested as a number of ECU used in vehicles is increasing. DFN and QFN packages had been avoided to be applied for ECU due to the difficulty in inspecting. By adopting the wettable flank for DFN and QFN package enables to check the solder wetting by the visual inspection.
