RP604 Series

The RP604 is a buck-boost DCDC converter operates at the minimum input voltage of 1.8 V and enables a continuous battery use with the boost operation even if the battery voltage drops below the use voltage. The flatted output voltage prevents malfunction of system devices by facilitating system designs and supporting a rapid power voltage drop.
The RP604 also achieves 300 nA quiescent current at no load and 10 nA ultra-low standby current contributing to the long-time battery driving.

Input Voltage Range (Max. Rating) 1.8 V to 5.5 V (6.5 V)
Operating Quiescent Current Typ. 300 nA
Standby Current Typ. 10 nA
Output Current 300 mA (at Buck)
Output Voltage Range 1.6 V to 5.2 V (0.1 V step)
Output Voltage Accuracy ±1.5%
LX Current Limit Typ. 900 mA
Soft-start Time Typ. 20 ms
Auto-discharge Function Disable / Enable
