NEWR1275/ R1276: High Voltage High Efficiency Step-Down DCDC Converters

The R1275/ R1276 are synchronous step-down DC/DC converters with 36-V integrated drivers.
The R1275 operates at 2 MHz with 2 A, and outputs 3.3 V to 5 V. The R1276 operates between 250 kHz to 1 MHz with 3 A, and outputs 0.7 V to 12 V.
Other features include a spread spectrum clock generator (SSCG) to reduce noise, and a duty-over function to control the output voltage level constant when cranking occurs.

NEWR5114/ R5115: Power Management ICs with Voltage Regulators, Voltage Detectors and Watchdog Timers

The R5114/ R5115 combine a voltage regulator, a voltage detector and a watchdog timer in one chip for compact solutions.
The consumption current is as low as 7 µA when the regulator’s output current is lower than a certain level and the watchdog timer is automatically disabled.
These devices are ideal for automotive applications that require very low consumption current.

NEWR3152: 42 V Input Window Voltage Detector

The R3152 is capable of receiving a power supply directly from the battery. It monitors over and under voltage of the primary power management ICs output.
Adding the R3152 to the existing power circuit can effectively enhance the functional safety of systems.

NEWR1560/ R1561, R3160: 60 V Input Ultra-Low Current Consumption Voltage Regulators & Voltage Detector

With a maximum operating voltage of 60 V and an output current of 100 mA, the R1560 offers an ultra-low consumption current of 3.0 µA, and the R1561 offers enhanced transient responses.
The R3160 is capable of directly monitoring a high voltage up to 48 V. These devices are targeted at the 48-V power lines used in mild hybrid systems.

NEWRP510: 5.5 V Input, 4 A PWM Step-Down DC/DC Converter with Synchronous Rectifier

The RP510 operates at a high-switching frequency of 2.3 MHz allowing the use of a small 1-µH inductor.
It is offered in a 12-pin, 3 mm x 3 mm DFN3030-12, making it very compact solution on boards for the 4-A operation device. The peak efficiency is over 85% when the input voltage is 3.3 V and the output voltage is 1 V.
