Description
The NJW4315 is a 3 phase brushless DC motor pre-driver with 120°commutation. The NJW4315 generates 3 phase sequence based on external hall signal input and drives power elements. It features wide operating voltage range from 6.3V to 36V, small package and wide temperature range. Therefore, it is suitable for various fan motors and electric circuit built-in small DC motors.
