Description
The NJW4305A is a 3 phase brush less DC motor controller IC.It uses hall element signal inputs and generates motor driving waveform. Output pre-driver is optimized to work with external Power MOS transistor for better power handling. Using the NJW4305A, 3-phase DC motor application with NJW4305AVC3 speed control feature can be easily achieved .
