Description

The NJU7387 is a 3-phase brushless DC motor controller with 150 commutation and lead angle control functions, which provides low vibration, low noise and high efficiency motor driving. The NJU7387 generates 150 commutation 3-phase sequence based on external hall signal and arbitrary lead angle setup. It has Clock Generator for reference clock of various functions such as commutation angle, lead angle, PWM, lock protection, current detection. The NJU7387 is a 5V logic operation-specific control IC. Therefore, it corresponds to various high power applications by selecting a combination of Nch MOSFETs and gate drivers or an IPM as power stage.
